Christopher Phelan has extensive experience working as an engineer in various roles. Christopher is currently a Senior Principal Electromechanical Engineer at Delve, a position they started in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bresslergroup as a Senior Mechanical and Electrical Engineer from October 2010 to June 2022. Christopher also has research experience as a Research Assistant at Drexel University, where they contributed to the development of a biorobotic fish pectoral fin from January 2009 to September 2010. Christopher worked on improving the mechanical robustness of the apparatus, developed a fin driving program, and collaborated with researchers from Harvard University and the University of Chicago. Before that, they worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Ocean Power Technologies from September 2004 to July 2008.
Christopher Phelan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University in 2004. Christopher later pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, completing it in 2010.
