Laura Li-Barbour has a diverse work experience in marketing, design, and research. Laura'smost recent role is as Principal Marketing Communications Designer at Delve since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA for over 15 years, starting as a Regional Administrator and eventually becoming an Art Director. At InterVarsity, they led a rebranding process and managed a team of designers. Laura also worked as a Graphic Designer and Campus Staff Member during their time at InterVarsity. Before joining InterVarsity, Laura worked as a Market Research Analyst at Morpace Inc. from 2004 to 2006.
Laura Li-Barbour received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan in 2004. Laura also recently obtained a certification in Foundations in Creative Leadership from IDEO U in March 2021.
