Katherine Healy is the Programmatic Media Team Lead at Delve Partners. Katherine has over four years of experience in programmatic media and data activation.
Katherine started their career as a Senior Associate, Display at iProspect. In this role, they were responsible for planning, creating, and executing Display campaigns, as well as contributing to strategy development, partner selection, budget allocation, tagging, trafficking, analysis of performance, on-going and post-campaign reporting. Katherine also created strategic insights for internal review and for client-facing meetings.
After a year at iProspect, Katherine joined Wavemaker as a Senior Associate, Data and Digital Activation. In this role, they were responsible for leading optimization efforts with a dedicated programmatic team to meet campaign objectives. Katherine also monitored campaign performance and pacing with all partners to ensure goals were met. In addition, they created daily, weekly and monthly reports analyzing performance, and managed and uplifted associates ensuring they had the tools they needed to succeed.
After two years at Wavemaker, Katherine joined Digital Matter as a Programmatic Manager. In this role, they were responsible for address all points in Display buying cycle: Contributing to strategy development, partner selection, budget allocation, tagging, trafficking, analysis of performance, on-going and post-campaign reporting. Katherine also crafted strategic insights for internal review and for client-facing meetings.

Katherine is certified by The Trade Desk in The Trade Desk Edge Academy Executive Program, Adform in Programmatic Specialist, Amazon in Amazon DSP Campaigns Certification, Google in Campaign Manager Certification Exam, Google in Display & Video 360 Certification Exam, and Google in Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
