Oleksandr Nechaievskyi

Oleksandr Nechaievskyi has had a varied career in software quality assurance, project management, sales, and consulting. Oleksandr began their career in 2012 as a Sales Manager at Ukrainian Leasing Fund. In 2013, they moved to JSC KREDOBANK as a Corporate Sales Account Manager. Oleksandr then joined ABM Cloud in 2014, where they held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Head of TMS Consulting & Implemention Department, and CEO ABM Rinkai TMS. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing business strategies, setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth, establishing policies that promote company culture and vision, overseeing daily operations and processes, leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication, reporting collection, analysis and control system implementation, creating a motivation system for each division and category of employees, and managing relationships with partners and vendors in 9 countries. In 2022, they joined Demand Driven Technologies as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.

Oleksandr Nechaievskyi attended Donetsk National University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Business Economics in Enterprise Economy.
