Delaney Silver

Delaney Silver is an experienced professional in people operations and human resources, currently serving as the People Operations Lead at Demand.io since April 2025. Delaney has a strong background in M&A strategy, having worked as a consultant at EY-Parthenon and managed post-merger integration of government business units within a satellite firm. Prior to that, Delaney held multiple roles at Slalom, including Senior Business Advisory Partner focusing on talent acquisition, and as a Change Management Consultant where communication processes were optimized. Delaney also directed HR functions at CorneaGen and contributed to fundraising efforts as a Foundation Intern at Seafair. Educational credentials include an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Washington.
