As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at DemandScience from February 2017 to present, Richard has significantly driven growth and innovation, leading to a doubling of annual revenues and the development of SOC2-compliant products for enterprise clients. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at HCPro Inc., where Richard transformed the business model for healthcare information, and Managing Director at Fidelity Investments, where Richard commercialized cloud services for regulated industries.
