Audra Jones

Audra Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and sales management across multiple industries, including technology and secure information destruction. Currently serving as Sr. Growth Account Director for Majors at Demandbase since May 2021, Audra previously held key roles at Acoustic and IBM. At IBM, positions included Client Success Manager for Watson Marketing and Named Account Manager for Customer Experience Analytics, where efforts were centered around delivering comprehensive customer engagement solutions and facilitating transitions to IBM's SaaS offerings. Earlier in Audra's career, management of secure destruction services was undertaken at Security Engineered Machinery.
