Emily Weigand is the Chief Financial Officer of Demandbase, the pipeline AI platform leader, where she brings a rare blend of financial acumen, operational expertise, and deep industry knowledge to help drive the company’s next phase of growth.

Emily has spent her career at the intersection of finance, go-to-market strategy, and technology. Most recently, she served as CFO of People.ai, where she gained hands-on experience in the revenue intelligence and GTM technology ecosystem, a space she knows inside and out. Her background also includes leadership roles at Palo Alto Networks, Qualys, TiVo, and Anaplan, giving her extensive experience guiding companies through every stage of the growth journey.

In addition to her financial leadership, Emily has overseen Revenue Operations at scale, equipping her with a strong understanding of the levers that drive predictable and sustainable growth. She is passionate about combining data-driven decision-making with operational discipline to deliver meaningful impact.
