Eric Chen

Eric Chen serves as the Vice President of FP&A at Demandbase, focusing on building strategic finance and FP&A processes across various domains. Previously, Eric held the position of Head of FP&A at Brex, where efforts included developing FP&A systems with a collaborative team. At Navan, Eric led a team of 15 high-performing FP&A professionals while managing IPO readiness and corporate financial planning. Earlier experience includes roles at Snowflake, where Eric contributed to the establishment of the Corporate FP&A function, and at Oracle, where analysis and reporting of the company's P&L were managed. Eric holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance & Investments from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
