Jing Shen, CPA, is the Senior Director of Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting at Demandbase. With an MBA in Finance and Accounting, they have been a key member of three successful IPO teams, playing vital roles in S-1 preparations, audits, and SOX compliance. Jing has led the transformation of SEC reporting and internal processes for public readiness and remains focused on leveraging advanced tools and automation in their work. Prior to Demandbase, they held several significant positions in prominent organizations, including Senior Manager of Technical Accounting at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Director of SEC Reporting at Anaplan.
