Joe Costa is an accomplished Customer Success professional with extensive experience in various leadership and managerial roles. At Demandbase since October 2021, Joe has advanced from Customer Success Manager to Team Lead, overseeing customer success initiatives. Prior to this, Joe spent over five years at Oleeo, where roles included Customer Success Manager and Americas Client Services Lead. Earlier experience includes a Computer Maintenance Aide position at Commack School District, responsible for technology-related tasks, and an internship at Crowdster focusing on Quality Assurance Testing and Competitive Analysis. Joe holds a Master’s Degree in Cyber Security Operations from Utica University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
