Melisa Larson

Melisa Larson is a seasoned professional in compensation and payroll management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Compensation and People Operations at Demandbase since December 2021, Melisa previously held roles in payroll at Minted and Demandbase, where responsibilities included processing payroll, assisting employees, and optimizing workflows. Melisa's career also features a tenure at Upwork and Zenefits, focusing on payroll preparation, HR collaboration, and client success in resolving payroll issues.
