Rhys Harrison

Rhys Harrison has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2005, they worked as an Instructor at EMC UWC Atlantic College. In 2007, they were a Technical Supervisor at Dixon Retail Limited, providing technical support and solutions for IT, Photographic and Electronics. From 2008 to 2012, they were employed at the University of Florida as an ES Admin Office / Undergraduate Catalog Team, working on IT projects such as Microsoft SharePoint deployment and maintenance of University web sites. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Software Developer at iGlobal, LLC, developing C# mobile apps, SQL, .net framework and web interfaces with various technologies. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Senior Application Engineer at Lyons Consulting Group, specializing in Demandware, Hybris and Magento. Rhys was certified as a Senior Demandware Application Engineer in March 2015. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at DemandPDX, taking on roles such as Software Development Manager, Senior Technical Architect, Team Technical Lead, Security Manager, Solutions Architect and Senior Software Engineer. In 2019, they began working as a Software Developer at PixelMEDIA.

Rhys Harrison attended the University of Florida from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Dual Degree in Geography and Geology. Prior to that, they attended UWC Atlantic College from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate in Geography, Chemistry, Biology, English, Spanish, and Math. Rhys also attended Cardiff High School. In addition, Rhys Harrison holds several certifications, including Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect and Developer, Level 2 Instructor Trainer, SafeSport Certificate, Archery Instructor Level 1 & 2, Developing in Demandware, Digital Store Solution - DSS, and Trimble Mapping and Surveying, GPS.
