Jennifer Hallgarth

Jennifer Hallgarth, LPG, currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Union Pardo LLC d/b/a Parlor Doughnuts and holds positions as Vice President at DeMao Retail Consultants LLC and Principal at HEARTLAND ADVISORY GROUP, LLC. With extensive experience in environmental services, Jennifer previously worked as Regional Director, Director of Technical Operations, Associate Director of Consulting Services, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager at EnviroForensics, overseeing operations and managing various environmental projects. Jennifer also has teaching experience as an Adjunct Lecturer at Indiana University Bloomington. Jennifer earned a Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelors of Science in Geological Sciences from Indiana University Bloomington.
