Claudia Battagin

Claudia Battagin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution. Currently serving as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Demarest Advogados since January 2018, Claudia focuses on complex domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration, as well as pre-litigation measures. Prior to this role, Claudia was a Junior Associate at Lefosse Advogados, specializing in both international and domestic commercial arbitration, and began legal training as a Trainee at Veirano Advogados. Claudia holds multiple Master of Laws degrees, including a current program in International and Comparative Law at Trinity College Dublin, complemented by advanced studies in Private Law at Universidade de São Paulo. Additionally, Claudia completed a postgraduate course in Private Law, a course on International Commercial Arbitration, and earned a Bachelor of Laws with first-class honors from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
