Lucas Schiavon Maturano

Lucas Schiavon Maturano is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in capital markets and corporate law. Since March 2019, Lucas has been associated with Demarest Advogados, specializing in equity capital markets, debt capital markets, investment funds, banking, and corporate law. Prior to this role, Lucas worked at Octante Capital from January 2017 to March 2019, focusing on structuring public and private securitization offerings and handling complex transactions involving diverse stakeholders. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Luchesi Advogados, where Lucas specialized in financial agribusiness transactions and legal verifications related to guarantees. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Finance at Insper, Lucas also holds a post-graduation degree in Contracts from FGV and a Bachelor of Laws from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
