Marcia Cicarelli Barbosa de Oliveira

Bachelor in Laws by the University of São Paulo, Márcia Cicarelli Barbosa de Oliveira is partner a Partner of Demarest in Insurances and Reinsurances and has 22 years of expertise in the area. Has specialized in Insurance and Reinsurance Law by Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and concluded the Masters in Civil Law by the University of São Paulo (USP) with the thesis “The Insurable Interest”. Is responsible for cases of high complexity in all fields of Insurance, consultant in contracts, operations, products development and regulation of sinister, also acting as attorney before Arbitration Courts and Chambers. Was assistant professor of Civil Law in the Graduation course from PUC-SP and invited professor by USP to teach about Insurances and Reinsurances. Currently, she is a professor of the MBA in Insurance and Reinsurance Law and of the Executive MBA in Insurance and Reinsurance, both from FUNENSEG – National School of Insurances and a speaker on various national and international events.
