Rosi Costa Barros

Partner in the Energy and Natural Resources practice area at Demarest, Rosi Costa Barros holds a master’s degree (LL.M) in Corporate Law from IBMEC Business School and a bachelor’s degree in law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Rosi Barros concentrates her work in the energy area, in all of its segments, including advising on bidding processes, regulatory issues, administrative and judicial processes, power purchase and sale contracts and the drafting, negotiation and risk analysis of project implementation contracts in different modalities, including Engeneering Procurement and Construction (”EPC”), equipment supply contracts, civil works, etc. She is frequently cited in renowned local and international legal publications, such as Chambers & Partners, Leaders League, The Legal 500 , IFLR1000 and Análise Advocacia 500.
