Andrew Cracchiolo

Andrew Cracchiolo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andrew started their career at MHT Housing in 2011 as an Onsite Manager, where they managed multi-family rehabilitation projects and worked with senior executives and board members on real estate development. In 2014, they joined GTJ Consulting as a Repair Department Coordinator, where they were responsible for marketing, proposal development, and contract and financial management. Since 2015, Andrew has been working at DeMaria, initially as a Business Development Manager and currently as the Director of Business Development. In their current role, they collaborate with the Executive Vice President to identify and implement sales strategies, as well as develop effective group sales plans. Andrew also works closely with the Marketing Manager to respond to client proposals and adjust marketing strategies as needed. Overall, Andrew Cracchiolo has a strong background in business development, project management, and real estate development.

From 2007 to 2011, Andrew Cracchiolo attended the University of Dayton, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
