Rares Manolescu

Rares Manolescu, PCC-ACTC, is a seasoned Strategy Consultant and Executive Team Coach with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational coaching. Holding advanced certifications including Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF), Rares has co-founded two companies, Metasysteme Coaching ME and Mojo Moments, focusing on coaching education in the GCC area. As a Master Trainer for The Ken Blanchard Companies, Rares has trained over 450 corporate trainers in various leadership programs and has worked with more than 200 global companies. Rares has also been a Consulting Partner and Senior Trainer at Human Invest, developing customized training solutions across numerous topics. With a strong background in management and sales training since the late 1990s, Rares is highly respected in the coaching and training industry and actively contributes to the Romanian ICF Chapter. Rares holds multiple degrees in law and management, complemented by comprehensive coaching education.
