Chris Dean

Chris Dean is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the energy, nuclear, and defense sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at DeMase Technical Services, LLC since September 2023, Chris is dedicated to advancing national infrastructure safety and efficiency. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Senior Vice President at Boston Government Services where responsibilities included strategic direction and business development from December 2016 to September 2023. Chris also served as Vice President of Federal Operations at Atkins Nuclear Solutions US and as Vice President of the Federal Division at Nuclear Safety Associates, overseeing significant operational and project management responsibilities. Earlier career roles included Division Manager at SAIC and Nuclear Criticality Safety Manager at Lockheed Martin. Chris holds a Master of Science in Physics from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Marshall University.
