Adela Moine

Adela Moine is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR strategy implementation across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager Czechia and HR Business Partner for EMEA at Dematic since July 2017, Adela leads HR operations in manufacturing, procurement, and EHS, focusing on start-up projects, recruitment strategies, training and development, and communication. Prior roles at BORGERS CS included Recruitment Coordinator, HR Specialist, and Plant HR Administrator, where Adela honed skills in recruitment, social media marketing, and corporate identity. Adela's career began at Faurecia as an HR Officer, following an initial role as a Social Media Researcher at Socialbakers. Adela holds a degree in Marketing from Vyšší odborná škola.
