Darryl Yip

Darryl Yip is currently serving as a Graduate Design Engineer at Dematic since May 2023, after holding the position of Project Intern. Additionally, Darryl has been a VEX IQ Robotics Lead Mentor at Barker College since May 2018, where the focus is on teaching Year 5 students in LEGO Robotics, fostering creative thinking and preparing them for robotics competitions. Previous experience includes working as Support Staff at Symbios from July 2022 to May 2023 and as an Education Mentor in the STEM Club from November 2019 to June 2021. Darryl holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honours and Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and Data Science from the University of Sydney, expected to graduate in November 2023, and completed the Higher School Certificate at Barker College in 2017.
