Howard Yntema

As Executive Vice President, CFO, Howard is responsible for Dematic’s strategic financial leadership, which includes communication of the corporate strategy and performance to KION Group and its investors as well as overseeing the company’s financial processes, planning and reporting. In this role, Howard works with the global and regional executive teams to develop business and operational plans, while maintaining appropriate governance over investment priorities, cost structures, and control systems for the organization.​

Howard joined Dematic in June 2019 as Senior Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis from Change Healthcare, a U.S. Healthcare Technology Company, where he held roles as CFO and SVP of Finance. Previously he had an exceptional 15-year career at McKesson Technology Solutions, a segment of the McKesson Corporation, a Global Pharmaceutical Distribution and Healthcare Technology Company. As a key member of the leadership team, the Technology Business grew from $700M to over $4B in revenue through both organic and inorganic growth initiatives with margin expansion. Howard’s career has spanned various leadership roles in multiple functions and industries, including roles at Woolworth Corporation and Rhone-Poulenc Company.
