James Lesarge

James (Jim) LeSarge has extensive experience in the field of account management and engineering, currently serving as Sr Enterprise Account Manager at Dematic since June 1994. In this role, emphasis is placed on providing exceptional service to customers navigating change, utilizing a consultative approach to identify solutions and assist with capital budgeting. Previous positions at Dematic include Corporate Account Manager and Sales Engineer, with responsibilities encompassing sales forecasting, project coordination, and consultative selling. Additionally, James served as Mechanical Lead Systems Engineer, overseeing large-scale material handling projects, and began as a Mechanical Engineer Co-op student. Contributions outside Dematic include serving as Vice President of MI WERCouncil and as a Board Member for Western Districts Members Credit Union. James holds an MBA in General Business from Grand Valley State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
