Mena Morgan

Mena Morgan, MBA, CCMP, PMP, currently serves as Head of Global Software Operations at Dematic since 2022, following a tenure as Director of Global Software Services. Previously, Mena was with TK Elevator from 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included directing IT strategy, establishing Project Review Boards, and streamlining compliance processes. Mena also managed a $58M IT division budget and developed key metrics for operational accountability. Prior roles include Manager of IT Strategy & Governance, Senior IT Project Manager, and positions at Axiall, Shaw Industries, and Trane, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management and IT transformation initiatives. Mena holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
