Nicolle Luthringshauser is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong focus on strategic business partnership and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner at Dematic since October 2020, Nicolle has provided HR leadership across various business sectors, guiding talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Prior roles include HR Manager at Greenwood Star, where Nicolle oversaw HR strategies and compliance, and HR Generalist, implementing key employee satisfaction initiatives. Nicolle is also the founder and creative director of mal de cou cou, a lifestyle site offering wellness content.
