Will Weatherford has extensive work experience in the field of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). Will is currently serving as the Vice President of Global EHS&S at Dematic, where they lead a team of professionals and drives world-class performance in supply chain automation solutions. Prior to this, they worked as the HSE Director - Americas Corporate at ContourGlobal, responsible for overseeing EHS initiatives in the Americas region.

Before joining ContourGlobal, Will Weatherford worked as a Corporate Consultant - EHS/BC Executive at Mitsubishi Power Americas. In this role, they were responsible for consolidating EHS resources and programs across various companies within the organization. Will also played a key role in rebranding the company as a sustainable industry leader and developing strategic initiatives to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to their role at Mitsubishi Power Americas, Will Weatherford served as the Director of Environment Health Safety at FieldCore. In this position, they contributed to the launch of a new GE Power business startup and managed the restructuring of the EHS management approach. Will played a crucial role in consolidating multiple power businesses and acquisitions under the FieldCore umbrella.

Earlier in their career, Will Weatherford worked at Siemens in various leadership roles. Will served as the Head of EHS for the Power Generation Service and Digitalization Division, where they designed strategies and standardized risk management tactics for EHS loss prevention. Will also served as the Director of Projects Global Quality, Environmental Protection, Health & Safety for the Energy Solutions Division, where they developed program structures for global power generation projects.

Prior to Siemens, they worked at Westinghouse Electric Corporation as a Project Management Consultant/Engineer and at EMCON as a Project Environmental Consultant. Their career began at Reeves Engineering, where they worked as a Project Engineer.

Overall, Will Weatherford has a strong background in EHS management, with experience leading teams, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with international standards and legislation.

Will Weatherford earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Will attended the University at an unknown timeframe. Later, in 2011, they enrolled in the Siemens Learning Campus and completed the Advanced Leadership Program. The program focused on topics such as organizational leadership, change management, and business improvement.

In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications. In 2021, they completed the "Gemba Kaizen: A Commonsense Approach to Continuous Improvement" certification offered by LinkedIn. In 2020, they obtained certifications in "Communicating Change in an Enterprise-Wide Transformation," "Communicating in Times of Change," "Crisis Communication," and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," all from LinkedIn. Most recently, in 2022, they became a member of the Board of Regents at the NAEM institution twice.
