James J Kilbride is an accomplished construction executive with extensive experience in estimating and procurement. Currently serving as the Vice President at Leon D. DeMatteis Construction Corp. since 2003, James has led notable projects including the US Mission to the UN and the Azure Luxury Residential Tower. Prior to this role, James held senior leadership positions at JA Jones Construction Group and Jones GMO, managing significant projects such as the Continental Airlines Global Expansion and the Atlantis Hotel and Casino. James began a career at William L. Crow Construction Company, overseeing critical developments including the 425 Lexington Avenue Tower. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
