Katy Ubinger-Sebastiano, DBIA, is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in construction management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Leon D. DeMatteis Construction Corp since June 2018, Katy previously held the position of Senior Project Manager - Consultant at CSR Construction Corporation from July 2013 to May 2018, and worked as a Project Manager at C&L Contracting Corporation from May 2009 to September 2013. Katy's extensive responsibilities have included negotiating subcontracts and change orders, managing construction schedules, and overseeing project invoicing. In addition to corporate experience, Katy contributed to the ASCE North Jersey Branch as both Director and Secretary from May 2007 to May 2010, focusing on board participation and organizing professional meetings.
