The Engineering and Technical team at DEMCO is responsible for the design, maintenance, and operation of the company’s electrical distribution network. This includes planning and implementing infrastructure improvements, ensuring system reliability and safety, and responding efficiently to outages or technical issues. The team is composed of highly trained professionals, including the Vice President Of Engineering And Operations, Director Of Engineering, Field Staking Technicians, Managers of Substations, and Linemen, who work collaboratively to provide high-quality and affordable electricity to DEMCO's members across multiple parishes.

The Right Of Way team at DEMCO is responsible for securing and managing the land rights necessary for the company's electrical distribution network. This includes acquiring easements, coordinating with property owners, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The team also oversees joint use agreements and maintains clearances to ensure reliable and safe electricity delivery.
