Terry Janes

Terry Janes is a financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President Finance at Demco, Inc. since July 2021, Terry previously held the position of Sr Finance Director. Prior experience includes serving as Region Controller at Conney Safety Products from November 2013 to July 2021 and holding multiple key finance roles at Lands' End Inc from October 1992 to July 2013, including Director of Finance and Administration, Treasurer, and Assistant Controller/Cash Manager. Terry began the career as a Sr Treasury Analyst at Hamilton-Sundstrand Corporation from October 1989 to October 1992. Education credentials include an MBA in Finance and Taxation from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
