Chuck Peniston

Chuck Peniston has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and product management fields. From 1995 to 1997, they worked at Akrion Systems (formerly SubMicron Systems) as an Advanced Development Team Leader. From 1997 to 2005, they worked at Teleflex Incorporated, Industrial Div. as a Senior Product Engineer, Mechanical and an Engineering Project Manager, NPD. From 2005 to 2016, they worked at Kongsberg Automotive as a Program/Product Manager and an Engineering Applications Manager. From 2016 to present, they have been working at Demco Automation as an Applications Engineer/Project Manager. In this role, they are responsible for developing proposals and application concepts, coordinating customer projects, providing leadership on projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Chuck Peniston has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University, which they were 80% complete with in 1999. Chuck also has an Associate's Degree in Engineering from Bucks County Community College.
