Chantelle Schneider is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in sales, product development, and marketing management. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for National & International and Director of Product Development at DEMDACO since June 2011, Chantelle leads product development teams across various categories while developing and executing pipeline strategies to drive growth and profit. Prior experience includes roles as the Vasque Product Development Manager at Red Wing Shoe Co., where product concepts were developed for outdoor footwear, and the Marketing Brand Development Manager for Colonial Candle at Midwest of Cannon Falls, managing integrated marketing plans for a $35 million brand. Early career included product merchandising at Target Corporation, overseeing private-label product lines. Chantelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with a specialization in business from the University of Northern Iowa.
