Timothy Fromm

Timothy "Tim" Fromm is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at DEMDACO since August 2022. Fromm founded AMP Corporate Search, LLC in July 2014, a national search firm specializing in placing talent across various sectors, including advertising, marketing, accounting, finance, administration, sales, and C-level positions. Prior to this, Fromm co-founded and directed the National Advertising & Marketing Agency Division at Morgan Hunter from February 2012 to June 2014, following the merger that enhanced their agency partnerships. Additionally, Fromm founded and led Fromm Corporate Search, Inc. from July 2001 to December 2011, partnering with agencies of various sizes for diverse advertising and marketing roles. Fromm's career began as a Senior Consultant at Morgan Hunter from August 1999 to July 2001, and earlier experience includes managing Cutting Edge Enterprises and Cutting Edge California LLC from August 1993 to July 1999. Fromm holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship with minors in Marketing, Management, and Economics from Wichita State University.
