Cong Tam THAI is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Engineer and Business Development Manager at DEME Group since September 2015. With expertise in strategy and project management, Cong Tam has been instrumental in project origination, coordinating across various business lines, and conducting market intelligence studies on industry trends and regulations. As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, responsibilities encompass the geological and geotechnical aspects of marine and fluvial construction projects during both tender and execution phases. Previous experience includes an internship at G. BALAES in 2014. Cong Tam holds a Master in Engineering (M.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Liège and a Bachelor in Engineering Sciences from the same institution, along with education from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and College Sainte-Véronique.
