Elizabeth Schipper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and proposal development within the offshore and subsea industry. Currently serving as BU Director at DEME Group since February 2020, Elizabeth oversees the Heavy Lift, Decommissioning, and Umbilicals division. Prior roles include positions at McDermott International Inc. and Subsea 7, where responsibilities included managing complex projects such as the WND GFR Project in Egypt and leading proposal teams. Elizabeth has also held key positions at Saipem, Woodside Energy, and Boskalis Westminster Ltd., demonstrating a strong track record of delivering technical and operational solutions across multiple high-profile projects.
