Hugo Bouvy

Hugo Bouvy has an extensive career in the engineering and maritime sectors, with significant experience at both the executive and operational levels. As a member of the Executive Committee at DEME Group from January 1994 to February 2019, Hugo contributed to strategic governance and sustainable development efforts. In the role of Managing Director of DEME Offshore, Hugo led a global team in delivering innovative offshore solutions, emphasizing operational excellence and project leadership. Prior experience includes positions as Area Manager and Director at Tideway BV, Director and Project Manager at Dredging International, and Installation Engineer at Glenmore. Hugo holds two Master's degrees in Hydraulics and Fluid Power Technology from INSEAD and TU Delft.
