Martijn Boekhout

Martijn Boekhout is a Project Engineer at DEME Group since February 2022, focusing on day-to-day design and engineering activities to achieve project objectives, including conceptual and detailed designs, procedural development, and operational optimizations. Previously, Martijn served as Project Engineer Training at Damen from January 2020 to January 2022, responsible for planning and coordinating training programs for various product groups, as well as completing a Graduate Internship focused on hydrogen fuel cell and battery propulsion systems for high-speed craft. Earlier roles include Jr. Engineer and Intern at C-Job Naval Architects, Focal Point/Shift Leader at Café-Restaurant de Wijnhaven, and content editor at SWZ | Maritime. Martijn holds a Master of Science in Marine Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Engineering & Naval Architecture from Delft University of Technology.
