Matijs Raeymaekers

Matijs Raeymaekers possesses extensive experience in engineering and design, currently working at DEME Group since June 2015 in an engineering and design office role. Prior to this, Matijs served as a design engineer at Hugo De Jongh NV from 2013 to June 2015, focusing on the mechanical design of elevator frames and overseeing production and assembly processes. Additionally, Matijs held the position of drive train engineer at CQS GROUPT RACING TEAM from 2010 to 2012, where a team of 31 students collaborated to convert classic Citroën 2cv’s into electric and hybrid race cars, involving CAD design and the implementation of various mechanical components. Matijs holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Sciences from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven, earned between 2006 and 2012.
