Pascal De Jaeger serves as the Financial Controller for North-Europe at DEME Group since January 2019, overseeing the financial responsibilities for dredging projects across several countries including Germany, Denmark, and the UK. Prior to this role, Pascal led a team at Dredging International Cyprus + CTOW from June 2014 to December 2018, managing financial operations for 15 entities and 14 branch offices worldwide. Previous experience includes financial control positions at DEME Concessions and Dredging International UK, as well as serving as Finance Manager at CFE Qatar and HSS - DEME Group. Pascal holds a Tax Advisor degree from Syntra West Bruges and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende.
