Ruben Sirgado

Ruben Sirgado is an experienced Project Engineer specializing in offshore projects at DEME Group since April 2022, with involvement in significant installations including the Le Tréport and Noirmoutier Offshore Sub Stations. Previously, Ruben contributed to the Vesterhav Nord/Syd and Hollandse Kust Noord projects, focusing on preparation and execution of critical components. Alongside engineering work, Ruben has held various leadership positions in Tuna Universitária do Instituto Superior Técnico, including Board President and Vice President, coordinating music festivals and securing sponsorships. Additionally, experience as a collaborator in the Cultural and Recreational Department at Fórum Civil involved organizing team-building and social events. Ruben holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering Geotechnics from Instituto Superior Técnico, completed in 2021.
