Stan Vergeylen

Stan Vergeylen is a skilled Project Engineer currently contributing to the DEME Group since October 2020. Key projects include the design and construction of the Princess Elisabeth Island, the world’s first artificial energy island, and work on the New Lock project in Terneuzen, focusing on lock gates, bridges, and leveling valves. Vergeylen also has experience in tender management and risk assessment for marine infrastructure projects. Previous roles include an internship at DEME Group, where project controls were managed for the New Lock project, and an assistant site supervisor position at ACLAGRO, providing support in road and sewage system construction.
