Stephanie van Den Berghe

Stephanie Van den Berghe is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for Payroll at DEME Group since April 2020. Previously, from April 2012 to March 2020, Stephanie worked at PZ in various roles, including HR-project manager and Senior HR-consultant, gaining expertise with multiple payroll systems such as Attentia, eVolution, SD Worx, eBlox, SAP, and Protime. Stephanie began a career in payroll as a Payroll Assistant at IKEA in 2010. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfsmanagement - Rechtspraktijk from Arteveldehogeschool (2010-2012), a degree in Adviseur in de payroll en sociale wetgeving from Syntra West (2013-2015), and another Bachelor's degree in Sociaal Werk - Personeelswerk from Arteveldehogeschool (2007-2010).
