Steven Alen

Steven Alen has extensive experience in offshore and construction management, primarily with DEME Group since 2005. In the role of Technical Operations Manager and Head of Project Office, Steven has overseen various complex projects, including the drilling of XL-monopiles for the Saint-Nazaire Offshore Wind Farm and the development of innovative installation tools. Previous positions include Construction Manager, where responsibilities encompassed major repairs and construction of offshore infrastructure such as LNG regasification jetties and terminal structures. Steven's expertise spans drilling superintendent tasks on projects like the BMA HPX3 expansion and geotechnical investigations across numerous offshore wind farms. Steven holds an MSc in Construction from LUCA School of Arts and a degree in Construction Engineering from KIH De Nayer.
