Valentin Rieß

Valentin Rieß began their career in 2012 as an Erzieher at Kinderhaus Bayreuth. Valentin then moved to Garten- und Landschaftsbau Jan Zimmermann, where they worked as a Gärtner. In 2013, they took on two roles as a Sozialarbeiter at Kommunales Jugendzentrum Bayreuth and as a Sozialpädagoge at Verein Kontakt e.V. In 2021, Valentin Rieß began working at DEMECAN as Motherplant and Propagation Manager, as well as Research & Development, Cultivation, Production, a role which they had previously held as an Internship Research & Development, Cultivation, Production.

Valentin Rieß earned a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture Sciences from the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft between 2014 and 2018. Valentin then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Horticultural Production from the same institution, which they completed in 2021.
