After that, they worked at PATANI COMPUTER SYSTEMS -PCS Industries Ltd (CCL Division) as a Dy. supervisor R&D, where they focused on product design and development of epoxy FR grade laminates for PCB. Manoj then moved to Ajay Metachem Süd-Chemie Pvt. Ltd. as a Research and Development Executive, where they gained expertise in the field.
