Daisy Wilson is an experienced professional in corporate partnerships and fundraising within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Corporate Partnerships Lead at Dementia UK since October 2017, Daisy leads the new business team in developing partnerships with corporate entities to support families facing dementia. Prior roles at Dementia UK included Corporate Development Manager and Corporate Partnerships Executive. Previously, Daisy was a Community Fundraiser and Major Giving Fundraising Assistant at Noah's Ark Children's Hospice, where responsibilities included managing corporate relationships and assisting in fundraising efforts for a new hospice facility. Daisy's earlier work experience includes roles in the arts sector, such as Festival Assistant at Young Norfolk Arts Festival and events coordination with Barred Beats. Daisy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Sheffield.

Dementia UK provides specialist dementia support for families through our Admiral Nurse service. When things get challenging or difficult for people with dementia and their families, Admiral Nurses work alongside them. They give the one-to-one support, guidance and practical solutions people need, and that can be hard to find elsewhere. Admiral Nurses are continually trained, developed and supported by Dementia UK. Families that have their support have someone truly expert and caring by their side - helping them to live more positively with dementia in the present, and to face the challenges of tomorrow with more confidence and less fear.
