Laura Patricia Estrella Santana

Laura Patricia Estrella Santana has a strong background in engineering and operations management. Laura Patricia currently serves as the Director of Operations at DemeTECH Corporation, a role they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Plant Manager and Product Development Engineer at the same company, starting in June 2020.

Before joining DemeTECH, Laura gained extensive experience at ConvaTec, where they worked for a total of seven years. Laura Patricia initially started as a Process Engineer in March 2011 and held the position until March 2014. Laura Patricia then moved on to the role of Senior Project Engineer in July 2014 and remained in that position until December 2018.

Laura also brings experience from their previous roles at Hospira and Sensata Technologies. At Hospira, they worked as a Tecnico de Proyectos y Validaciones from January 2009 to March 2011. Prior to that, they served as a Supervisora de Producción Suplente at Sensata Technologies from January 2007 to January 2009.

Laura Patricia Estrella Santana completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from ENAE Business School in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they pursued an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they hold several certifications including Six Sigma Black Belt from Quality Global Business (obtained in April 2013), Excel Avanzado from Infotep (obtained in June 2012), Auditor Interno de Calidad from Infotep (obtained in April 2012), Auditor ISO 13485 from Suprema Qualitas (obtained in March 2012), Diseño de Experimentos from Qulity Global Business (obtained in March 2012), and Autocad from Samanel (obtained in February 2010).
