Lucas Lafont

Lucas Lafont currently serves as a Fund Controller at Demeter since September 2024. Previously, Lucas worked as a Fund Management Analyst at Mata Capital from September 2023 to September 2024 and held the position of Senior Audit Private Equity at RSM France from October 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included auditing investment funds and reviewing valuations. Earlier experience includes a role as an audit intern at RSM France in early 2021 and as a FP&A Analyst at BNP Paribas from September 2019 to February 2020. Lucas Lafont holds a Master 2 in Finance & Asset Management and a Licence in Finance from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a Baccalauréat scientifique from Lycée Carnot in Paris.
